Producing customer order base on last verification invoice, and specifications , etc , production time is depends on order, it may take 7 days to any other days or even partial production.

Checking products in our QC , and modify base on QC department report and take a photo part by part for future record

Packing all of products base on customer requirement and send a verification to customer and our forwarding department for arranging shipment.

Booking in our shipping agent, our customers can use our forwarding agents or we can arrange it with customer agent .

Arranging local transportation and custom clearance in our production country custom and send shipping documents and requirement documents to our customers.

Customer products will be in shipping lines, or air cargo or express companies from 2 to any days , it can't be controlled with us, customer can follow their parcels from logistic companies via phone , email or online tracking system. Shipping time can be changed because of weather conditions, etc . We have full insurance for all of parcels , and it can be cleared in whole world , 15 days after receiving products (excluded express packages , please check with our seller for insurance services )

Sending arrival notice to customer through our forwarding agents in destination and customer should prepare required documents for their countries or our custom brokers in worldwide could help you in this issue .

Sending our customers instruction via email or online web links or we will help our customer to install or use their products . We have technical team what we can send them to our customer site for commissioning their products .

Receiving our customer feedbacks and do modification in our company for improving our customer satisfaction, we have a high level CRM system for achieving the highest rate of QC and QM.
